Delete Your Account

At Zynvo, you can delete your account at any time. Once your request is completed, your personal information and account data will be permanently deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Zynvo app:

1. Open the Zynvo application.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open your profile or account settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the confirmation message.
6. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Unable to Access the App?

If you cannot access the Zynvo app, you may submit an account deletion request by emailing us from the email address connected to your account.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your registered email address
• Your Zynvo profile name, if available
• A clear request to permanently delete your account

Data That Will Be Deleted

Depending on your account activity, account deletion may include:

• Your account and profile information
• Your registered email address
• Your Google account identifier
• Your profile photos
• Your age, gender and interests
• Your saved device and notification tokens
• Your account preferences
• Your chat-related personal data, where applicable

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained temporarily or in anonymized form when necessary for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention and platform security
• Resolving reports, disputes or abuse investigations
• Backup and recovery processes

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to process valid account deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
